Ernst Rolf Construction (Pty) Ltd trading as E&R Construction was created with the vision of constructing residential and commercial properties of exceptional quality as wells as the installation of bulk services such as roads, sewer, water and electricity.

  • Dwelling units in Azaadville Gardens Township as sectional title scheme developments of full title subdivides properties.
  • Residential developments in other townships or land to be purchased by Ernst Rolf Construction CC or Azedval Developments (Pty) Ltd.
  • To market and sell the dwelling houses and dwelling units in Azaadville Gardens Township.
  • To market and lease dwelling houses and dwelling units in Azaadville Gardens Township.
  • To maintain the rental stock of dwelling houses and dwelling units owned by Ernst Rolf Construction CC and Azedval Developments (Pty) Ltd.
  • To manage the rental of dwelling houses and dwelling units owned by Ernst Rolf Construction CC and Azedval Developments (Pty) Ltd.

ER construction has begun to establish itself in the mid to upper market with a development in Azaadville Gardens consisting of 70 Residential-1 stands with packages ranging from 95 sqm to custom design homes built to the clients specifications.

The development includes Residential-3 stands consisting of approximately 400 units.

Our team consists of established market leading estate agents, architects, town planners, engineers, and sub-contractors collaborating to provide the client with an exceptional product.
